A licensed industrial electrical contractor performing power, controls, and instrumentation work for plants across the United States.
South Industrial Electric was started by Fernando Silva, a working Master Electrician, who wanted a company that did industrial work the way it should be done: by code, by the drawings, and on the date we promised. We serve as the field-execution partner for systems integrators, general contractors, and plant maintenance teams.
We don’t compete with your integrator on design or programming. We complement them with licensed, crew-based installation capacity that hits the shutdown window.
Every crew runs under OSHA 30–trained supervision, full lockout/tagout per 29 CFR 1910.147, and the site’s own safety and GMP food-safety programs.
We believe work is a calling and a trust. Our faith shapes how we treat the people we work for and the people who work for us, and it shows in the ordinary things: a straight quote, a clean jobsite, a crew that keeps its word.
We quote what the job needs, bill the hours we worked, and tell you early when something changes.
Code-built, labeled, and documented, so the next electrician who opens the panel can read our work.
Every person goes home the way they came. LOTO and arc-flash discipline on every job, no shortcuts.
Your plant, your people, and your schedule are entrusted to us. We treat them that way.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.”
Colossians 3:23
We walk the site, confirm the scope against your drawings, and price it in writing with the assumptions spelled out.
A foreman runs the crew on site and reports to a superintendent. JHA, LOTO, and site orientation are done before the first conduit is bent.
Terminations labeled, loop checks signed off, photos and a daily labor report delivered. Then we clean up and hand it back running.
