A few recent jobs, with what the plant needed, what we did, and how it was executed around production.
Need: relocate and rebuild line controls without stopping compounding. Work: control cabinet swap, dedicated PLC power, rigid-conduit fiber pathway between cabinets. Executed: live, sequenced around production scheduling.
Need: power and safety circuits for EV charger test cells. Work: feeders and control wiring to the test stations, with safety contacts on the cell fencing gates wired into the station controls. Executed: to the integrator’s drawings, documented for commissioning.
Need: new chilled-water capacity for production. Work: new chillers and pump skids set and powered, with feeders, disconnects, control cabinets and I/O. Executed: staged around production and cut over inside the outage window.
Need: a whole new tank farm for incoming chemicals. Work: power and instrumentation for the farm: pump and motor circuits, disconnects, instrument installation and loop wiring, conduit and cable to every tank. Executed: on a live site under the plant’s permit-to-work program.
