How South Industrial Electric handles the information you give us through sietx.com. Last updated October 9, 2026.
Your privacy is important to us. This notice explains what information we collect through our website, sietx.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is linked from the footer of every page and from the request form, the one place on the site where we ask for personal information.
This notice applies to information collected or submitted on sietx.com. The only place we ask for personal information is the Request a quote or service form, where we collect:
Like most websites, our hosting and security systems also record basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. We use that information only to keep the site running and secure.
We use the information you provide when you request a quote or service only to respond to that request: to understand the scope, prepare an accurate quote, and schedule the work. Your request is delivered to our office by email and kept in our website’s submission records so we can follow up with you.
We use return email addresses only to answer the email we receive. They are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies. We may use non-identifying, aggregate information, such as how many people visited a page, to improve the website, but nothing that could identify you.
We will never use or share the personal information you provide online in ways unrelated to those described above without first giving you the opportunity to opt out.
The companies that host our website, process the request form, and deliver our email handle your information on our behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide those services to us.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
You may ask us at any time to correct the information you submitted or to delete it from our records. Contact us using the details below and we will take care of it.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never knowingly collect or keep information from anyone under 13, and no part of our website is designed to attract anyone under 13.
If we change the way we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
If you have questions or concerns about this privacy policy, call (214) 749-8120 or email fsilva@sietx.com.
